Virus, Spyware, Malware Removal - prices start at $69. If your computer is infested with virus and spyware, it is sometimes more economical to backup the clean files, delete the contents of your hard drive and reinstall the OS. Contact us here for more info.
File Transfer From Old Computer to New Computer - When upgrading computers, this service will transfer all your files and settings from the your old computer to the new one. If you want this service done at your home, prices start at $199 otherwise you can drop off the computers or have us do the transfer remotely with prices starting at $139.
Diagnostic Fee - $45 (We charge this fee only if you determine it's not worth it to repair your computer after we diagnose it and give you a quote for repair)

This is the best method if your computer runs slow or is un-responsive. Usually there is a sticker on the side of your computer with a Microsoft Windows license. This sticker needs to be affixed to the computer so we can activate your copy of Windows. If you purchased Windows separately, the license needs to be provided to us. We can upgrade you to the latest version of Windows or Mac OS for the same cost.
